道依茨柴油发动机常见故障与排除
1、道依茨柴油机起动困难
(1)燃油箱内无油或油箱开关未打开;
(2)燃油管路或滤清器堵塞;
(3)燃油系统中有空气;
(4)喷油泵不供油或供油时间不对;
(5)喷油器不喷油或雾化不良;
(6)气温太低、道依茨柴油机过冷;
(7)气缸压缩压力不足;
(8)起动机不转动或无力;
(9)空气滤清器或进气管路堵塞。
2、道依茨柴油机功率不足
(1)气缸压缩压力不足;
(2)柴油质量不好或油中含水;
(3)空气滤清器堵塞;
(4)消声器堵塞;
(5)燃油系统管路、器件内有空气;
(6)配气相位误差;
(7)供油提前角不对;
(8)喷油器喷油压力不足,雾化不良;
(9)各缸供油量不均匀;
(10)转速未达到额定转速;
3、气缸压缩压力不足
(1)气门间隙过小或没有;
(2)气门和气门座积炭、磨损、密封不良;
(3)活塞环磨损,弹力不足;
(4)活塞环被积炭胶结卡死;
(5)缸套和活塞磨损,间隙过大;
(6)气缸盖垫片密封不严;
(7)喷油器孔处漏气;
(8)气门弹簧折断;
(9)气门与气门导管咬住卡死;
4、气缸床为什么会冲破?
产生气缸冲破的主要原因有:
(1)气缸床本身内在质量不佳;
(2)机油压力太高;
(3)缸盖螺栓未达到规定的拧紧力矩;
(4)安装气缸盖时,缸盖螺栓拧紧的方法没有按规定方法进行;
(5)气缸盖下平面因使用时间较长变形;( )
(6)另外机体上平面和缸盖下平面有毛刺、凸台和凹槽也会产生冲缸床;
(7)气缸套压入机体后,其台肩高出机体上平面尺寸超差,在同一台机体上的高度差超差。

5、气门为什么会漏气?
气门漏气以后,气缸内会发生咱喳咱喳的声音,导致功率下降。产生的原因有:
(1)气门和气门座密封面磨损、烧坏或产生凹穴;
(2)气门间隙调整不当;
(3)喷油嘴雾化不好或压力不足而产生气门和气门座密封面积炭太多关闭不严;
(4)气门杆弯曲变形或气门杆部与导管配合过紧,上下运行有阻力,
(5)气门弹簧折断或弹力减弱,无力将气门关闭严密。

6、活塞为什么会撞击气门?
活塞撞击气门发动机会发生沉重的撞击声,若不及时排除,会顶坏活塞,发生大事故。产生这种故障的主要原因是:
(1)气门的凹陷深度不符合技术要求;
(2)主轴承螺母松动;
(3)连杆瓦合金烧熔或脱落;
(4)凸轮轴齿轮压板螺栓松动,凸轮轴齿轮窜动,造成配气相位失调整;
(5)活塞肖与连杆衬套严惩磨损,配合间隙太大,
(6)气门间隙不当;
(7)正时齿轮记号打错或未按记号装配,配气相位不正确;
(8)气门弹簧折断;
(9)气门的凹陷深度(气门大端平面低于气缸盖平面尺寸)超差。

7、气门为什么会断头?
气门断头以后,气门头部会掉入气缸造成气缸盖和活塞顶烂,若不及时停车严重的造成连杆、曲轴等变形和损坏。
气门断头的因素较多,除气门本身的材质和热处理问题以外,还有下列原因:
(1)气门间隙不对;
(2)正时齿轮记号打错或未按记号装配,配气相位不正确;
(3)排气温度太高;
(4)气门弹簧折断;
(5)气门锁夹没有装好或少装一只;
(6)凸轮轴齿轮压板螺栓松动,造成凸轮轴齿轮窜动,配气相位失调;
(7)道依茨柴油机转速过高“飞车”,增加了气门的冲击负荷,引起气门折断;
(8)气门锁夹拆装混乱,相互不配套,易造成气门脱落。

8、气缸盖为什么产生裂纹?
气缸盖产生裂纹后,冷却水就会进入气缸内,发动机工作时,由排气管喷出。产生气缸盖裂纹的主要因素一般是由于冷热不均而造成。原因有:
(1)供油时间不对,喷油嘴雾化不良,燃烧恶化;
(2)冬季冷却水未放尽冻裂;
(3)水箱缺水或断水后发动机产生高温,突然加冷水激裂;
(4)高压油泵各缸供油量不均,有的缸供油量太大,也会产生缸盖裂纹。
(5)气缸盖底面水道孔铸造时偏差、水道孔清砂不净、水道过窄或拐角过小,冷却水循环不畅;
(6)由于配套产品改装不合理,造成高温也会造成缸盖裂纹。

9、气缸套为什么会断头?
(1)气缸套内在质量不符合技术要求,例如硬度低、含硫量高等;
(2)气缸盖螺栓拧紧力矩达不到规定要求或缸套端面装配时低于气缸体止口平面,因此活塞在上下运动时气缸有浮动现象,使缸套断裂;
(3)安装缸套时,气缸体止口有积炭、铁屑等杂物;
(4)气缸体孔因使用时间较长变形,上下不同心;
(5)气缸体安装缸套四周的螺孔边缘有裂纹,这样,发动机在高温工作中因热膨胀不均而使缸套头部挤压而断裂;
(6)装配缸套时涂漆也会使缸套断裂;
(7)气缸套台肩上平面高出机体上平面太大;
(8)气缸套台肩切槽应为圆角,加工时如果没有圆角或圆角太小,引起应力集中容易造成气缸套从台肩处断裂;
(9)使用劣质气缸床,也会造成缸套断裂;
(10)机体缸套台套加工时不水平,止口未倒角。

10、道依茨柴油机为什么会冒黑烟?
在使用时间较长以后,道依茨柴油机会发生冒烟的现象,影响工作环境,造成空气污染,并且功力也明显下降。其主要原因有:
(1)发动机长时间超负荷工作;
(2)喷油器压力不足或雾化不良产生不完全燃烧;
(3)供油角度过迟,排气管中燃烧;
(4)高压油泵供油量太大或各缸供油不均匀;
(5)空气滤清器及进气道阻塞进气不通畅;
(6)使用重质柴油或柴油质量差;
(7)气门密风封不严漏气;
(8)凸轮轴上凸轮磨损过大;
(9)喷油泵提前器失效;
(10)排气岐管或消声器堵塞不畅通,发动机同时伴有异常响声。

11、道依茨柴油机为什么会冒兰烟?
冒兰烟主要是由于烧机油所造成。其原因有:
(1)活塞与气缸套严重磨损,配合间隙太大,机油进入气缸燃烧;
(2)活塞环装配不当产生对口;
(3)气门杆和气门导管严重磨损;
(4)活塞环油环损坏或因积炭较多卡死,失去刮油的功能;
(5)机油加得太多等。

12、道依茨柴油机水箱里为什么会有机油?
造成水箱内有机油的主要因素是:
(1)道依茨柴油机气缸盖前盖板内油道有铝闷塞,铝闷塞装配不合要求或漏装,润油进入水道;
(2)机体上气缸盖油道有砂眼与水道相通,机体上气缸盖油道孔紫铜管松动未铆死;
(3)气缸盖油道和水道壁有砂眼、缩松或裂纹;
(4)机油冷却器盖有砂眼、机油冷却器芯裂纹,机油冷却器总成“O”型密封圈装配不好、“O”型橡胶圈老化弹力不足、机油冷却器芯“O”型圈槽加工太深超差造成“O”圈密封压力不够。

13、油底壳内为什么会有水?
油底壳内进入冷却水以后产生机油变质,造成油底壳内有水的主要原因有:
(1)缸套阻水圈烧熔或老化破裂;
(2)气缸盖有裂纹砂眼漏水;
(3)湿式气缸套破裂或有砂孔缩松
(4)湿式气缸套断头;
(5)机体内腔有裂纹或砂眼缩松等铸造缺陷;
(6)机油冷却器存在质量问题,道依茨柴油机不工作时,水流入油底壳。

14、轴瓦为什么会烧熔?
轴瓦烧熔后使曲轴损坏,连杆变形,若不及时停车,严重的会造成连杆螺钉断,击破机体。产生烧瓦的原因有:
(1)油底壳内机油油量不足或机油油路不畅通,以致润滑不良;
(2)机油压力过低;
(3)使用过程中机油太脏,机油中进水、进柴油,机油老化,机油型号不对;
(4)机油密封管路接头及道依茨柴油机外部配置用油润滑部件泄漏;
(5)机油滤芯堵塞,机油冷却器堵塞;
(6)机油集滤器焊接不牢固脱落;
(7)机油吸油管破裂,机油吸油管锁紧螺母松动;
(8)机油泵内转子破碎,泵轴断裂等,均会造成烧死;
(9)轴瓦与轴颈的装配间隙太大或太小,以致机油在润滑时无法形成一定的油膜;
(10)轴颈的椭园度超过一定的要求,同样使得机油无法形成油膜;
(11)轴瓦合金与瓦片浇铸不牢固,在高速运动中脱落;
(12)主轴承螺母和连杆螺钉拧紧力矩没有达到规定的力矩;
(13)机体和曲轴在装配时清洁度达不到技术要求;
(14)曲轴斜油孔和机体油道孔钻穿;
(15)道依茨柴油机刚起动机油尚没有充分进行润滑时,就让道依茨柴油机高速运转;
(16)4110机冷却活塞喷嘴断或脱落。

15、道依茨柴油机转速为什么提不高,车子跑不快?
(1)高压油泵油门拉杆达不到最大位置即最大供油量,道依茨柴油机最高空转低于标定值,调速率低;
(2)燃油管路系统中有空气;
(3)燃油管路或柴油滤清器堵塞,输油泵小滤网堵塞,供油量不足;
(4)空气滤清器堵塞,进气不足;
(5)喷油嘴积炭较多咬死;
(6)高压油泵柱塞早期磨损等。

16、道依茨柴油机机油耗油量为什么会增大?
(1)活塞环在活塞槽中卡死、烧结现象,油环回油孔被积炭堵塞;
(2)活塞环弹力不足;
(3)活塞环、活塞与缸套严重磨损或存在拉缸现象,机油串入燃烧室中燃烧;
(4)活塞环装配不当,产生对口,第二道气环装反;油环开口位置不对;
(5)机油加得过多,机油飞溅过多,有部分进入燃烧室烧掉;
(6)油底壳软木垫损坏或放油螺钉漏油,造成机油消耗量增加;
(7)气缸体缸套底孔失圆;
(8)气缸套装入机体缸套底孔内失圆;
(9)气门油封失效;
(10)气缸盖气门导管孔失圆;
(11)活塞与缸套的配合间隙过大;
(12)气门导管与气门杆之间的间隙大,润滑配气机构的机油进入燃烧室;
(13)配气机构润滑过渡,机油从气门杆与气门导管之间的间隙流入燃烧室。

17、道依茨柴油机在使用过程中曲轴为什么会断裂?
曲轴在正常使用过程中,一般不会产生断轴的,因为曲轴在设计中已保证有足够的强度,并且要经过严格的探伤和平衡检查测量。造成曲轴断裂的原因有:
(1)曲轴皮下有砂眼、疏松;
(2)曲轴材料的物理性能、化学性能、金相组织不符合要求;
(3)发动机长时间超负荷工作,因疲劳过渡使曲轴断裂;
(4)主轴承螺母松动或锁片未锁紧;
(5)机油太脏,润滑条件差,造成熔瓦抱轴断裂;
(6)曲轴修磨配加大瓦时,由于轴颈R角破坏,磨成直角,曲轴承受强度降低而造成断裂;
(7)主轴承盖由于材质或加工原因断裂;
(8)道依茨柴油机动力输出端未采用离合器装置,使曲轴受垂直于曲轴中心线方向的作用力,曲轴后端疲劳断裂。

18、道依茨柴油机出水温度过高
(1)水泵风扇皮带太松,泵水量减少;
(2)道依茨柴油机超负荷工作时间太长;
(3)冷却水不足;
(4)水泵泵水不足,循环水量不足;
(5)水泵叶轮损坏,水泵叶轮与水泵轴松脱,水泵皮带轮滚键,水泵轴承咬死;
(6)冷却系统堵塞,冷却水流动不畅;
(7)节温器失灵;
(8)水温感应塞失灵或反应不灵敏;
(9)润滑不良,机油温度高;
(10)风扇转动方向装反;
(11)水箱散热片之间的空隙被脏物堵塞影响通风;
(12)水箱散热面积大小,配套不合理;
(13)汽车或农业机械等改装不合理,水箱迎风面被挡住太多;
(14)水箱无导风罩;
(15)道依茨柴油机作固定动力使用时,通风不畅环境温度太高,或应配以开式循环水冷却的而未采用。

19、机油压力过低
(1)油底壳中机油不足;
(2)机油压力报警器失灵或反应不灵敏;
(3)机油压力表和机油压力感应塞不配套;
(4)机油油道堵塞;
(5)机油泵吸油滤网堵塞;
(6)机油滤清器堵塞,安全阀失灵;
(7)道依茨柴油机主轴承连杆轴承磨损,间隙增大;
(8)道依茨柴油机过热,机油温度高,机油变稀;
(9)机油泵齿轮与壳体之间的间隙或齿侧间隙过大;
(10)机油泵泵体有砂眼、缩松漏油;
(11)使用的机油牌号不对;
(12)495机垫片未装或损坏,机油从缝隙中漏出;
(13)495机吸油管大螺母松动漏油;
(14)曲轴斜油孔、机体主轴承油孔钻穿或有砂眼;
(15)机油滤清器上的回油阀开启压力过低,导致机油回油过早,影响整个润滑系统的机油压力;
(16)机油滤清器、机油泵的限压阀磨损,弹簧弹力不足、变形、折断、阀与座配合不严等;.
(17)机油泵主动轴与机油泵驱动齿轮配合松动;
(18)机油压力报警器油道堵塞,造成测量不准确。

20 道依茨柴油机有敲击声
(1)燃油粗暴,气缸内有清脆的敲击声;
(2)燃烧迟缓,排气管“放炮”;
(3)活塞和气缸套间隙增大,发出喑哑的,敲击声有时象铲击声;
(4)曲轴与主轴承间隙增大,发出周期性沉重撞击声;
(5)曲轴连杆轴颈与轴承间隙增大,发出钝哑的撞击声;
(6)活塞销与连杆衬套间隙过大,发出“当当”的声音,声音强而尖锐;
(7)气门间隙过大,发出“达达”的声音;
(8)气门与活塞顶撞击而发出清脆的撞击声。

20、道依茨柴油机在运行中为什么会突然停车?
道依茨柴油机在运行中突然停车有下列情况造成:
(1 )柴油箱内燃油用尽;
(2)燃油管路中有空气和水份;
(3) 空气滤清器阻塞;
(4)柴油滤清器堵塞、输油泵进油螺钉内小滤网由于燃油太脏阻塞,燃油不能进入高压油泵;
(5)高压油泵齿条卡死;
(6) 活塞与活塞环在气缸中卡死,曲轴抱瓦,曲轴断裂,连杆螺钉断裂击破机体,造成发动机突然停车。

21、连杆螺钉为什么会断裂击破机体?
边杆螺栓在全部加工完成后,要逐个进行磁力探伤检验,其化学成份、、机械性能也都有严格控制。边杆螺栓发生断裂的原因有:
(1)连杆螺栓在装配时未紧固到规定工作扭矩,4102机拧紧力矩100—120N.m,连杆螺栓在长期使用过程中松动,未及时紧固;
(2)连杆瓦因某种原因烧熔,连杆轴颈与连杆瓦之间间隙增大产生冲击力而折断;
(3)连杆锁片损坏或没有锁牢;
(4)连杆体和连杆螺栓螺纹碰伤或不清洁,在旋连杆螺栓时虽然觉得扭力较大,实际上并没有达到规定的扭矩值,产生假公斤值,这样,连杆体和连杆瓦盖之间因有缝隙而造成在运行中被拉断;
(5) 连杆螺栓拧得太紧,拧紧力矩超过标定范围,以致连杆螺栓所受的力超过了螺栓材料的弹性极限。

22、摇臂轴上为什么润滑油量太小或没有润滑油?
摇臂轴无润滑油的原因有:
(1)机油泵不工作或工作不良,无机油压力或机油压力低;
(2)摇臂座油孔不通;
(3) 臂座油孔因铁屑、杂物堵塞机油上不来;
(4)在维修、保养中因装配失误将摇臂座装配位置颠倒,滑油孔堵死;
(5)凸轮轴前衬套窜动,油孔位置偏移;
(6)凸轮轴上泵油槽位置偏移或泵油槽的宽度、深度、长度不够;
(7)有油孔的摇臂座螺栓未拧紧,机油从摇臂座底面泄漏;
(8)装配时摇臂轴油孔与摇臂座油孔未对齐或摇臂轴止紧螺钉松动,油孔变动不能对齐。

23、摇臂轴为什么会断裂?
摇臂轴断裂的原因有:
(1)摇臂座压紧螺母松动、拧紧顺序不当;
(2)摇臂轴润滑不良、咬死;
(2)在维修时臂座装反,气缸盖油道内的润滑油上不来;
(3)摇臂轴润滑油孔在钻孔加工中钻单边强度不够;
(4)摇臂轴在热处理时油孔边缘有裂纹。

24、摇臂座为什么会断裂?
摇臂座是支撑摇臂轴、气门摇臂和减压轴的支架,造成摇臂座断裂的原因有:
(1)摇臂座压紧螺母的紧固力不够;
(2)四只摇臂座有三种不同结构,因此装配时不能互相颠倒,第一只(靠近水泵的一只)摇臂底部有一小油孔,是气缸垫油道通向摇臂轴油孔必经之路,如果装错了将造成断油,而导致摇臂轴与气门摇臂咬死且致使摇臂座断裂;
(3)当第一只摇臂座上止紧螺钉未指在摇臂轴的缺口内或摇臂轴端部轴用挡圈漏装,致使摇臂轴转动或串动,也会造成摇轴座断裂;
(4)若气门间隙太小或没有,这样摇臂座受到附加的冲击力,而使摇座断裂

 

Deutz diesel engine common failures and trouble shooting
1, Deutz diesel engine starting difficulties
(1) no oil in the fuel tank or fuel tank switch did not open;
(2) fuel line or the filter;
(3) there is air in the fuel system;
(4) for oil injection pump is not for oil or not;
(5) the oil injector is not spraying or poorly atomized;
(6) the temperature is too low, Deutz diesel engine cold;
(7) insufficient cylinder compression pressure;
(8) the Starter does not rotate or powerless;
(9) air filter or intake manifold road block.
2 insufficient, Deutz diesel engine power
(1) insufficient cylinder compression pressure;
(2) poor diesel quality or oil-containing water;
(3) air filter;
(4) muffler plug;
(5) have air in the fuel system lines, devices;
(6) the valve timing errors;
(7) the fuel supply advance angle not right;
(8) the injector fuel injection pressure is not enough atomization bad;
(9) the oil content in each cylinder is not uniform;
(10) the speed has not reached its rated speed;
3, low cylinder compression pressure
(1) valve clearance is too small or not;
(2) valve and valve seat carbon, wear and tear, seal the bad;
(3) piston ring wear, lack of elasticity;
(4) piston ring carbon bonded to die;
(5) the wear of cylinder and piston, clearance is too large;
(6) the cylinder head gasket is not strict;
(7) leakage of injector hole;
(8) the valve spring broken;
(9) valves and valve guide bite stuck;
4, cylinder bed why did I break?
Cylinder broke through the main reasons are:
(1) cylinder bed itself poor quality;
(2) the oil pressure is too high;
(3) does not meet the requirements of cylinder head bolts tightening torque;
(4) when you install a cylinder, cylinder head bolt tightening methods are not methods according to regulations;
(5) the under surface of cylinder by the use of a long time deformation; ()
(6) another plane and the cylinder head on the under surface of the body with Burr, convex and concave grooves will also have a red cylinder bed;
(7) after the cylinder liners pressed into the body, their plane oversize shoulder high out of the body, in the same body height difference on the variance.

5, why would valve leak?
After valve leak, I there my there sound will take place within the cylinder, leading to power down. Causes of:
(1) valve and valve seat sealing surface abrasion, burn or Pocket;
(2) improper valve clearance adjustment;
(3) the nozzle atomization is not good or low pressure valve and valve seat sealing area too much carbon off strictly;
(4) the bending deformation of valve stem or valve stem and catheter serve too tight, run up and down with resistance,
(5) the elastic valve spring broken or weakened, and valves close tightly.

6, why was the piston hit valves?
Piston hit valves engine of heavy impact sound can occur, if not promptly excluded, bad Pistons, big accident occurred. The main reason for this failure is:
(1) depression depth does not meet the technical requirements of the valve;
(2) main bearing nut is loose;
(3) the connecting rod alloy burn or have fallen off;
(4) plate camshaft gear bolt, camshaft gear Hunt, causing loss of valve timing adjustment;
(5) piston and connecting rod bushing Shaw criminals who wear, clearance is too large,
(6) the improper valve clearance;
(7) the timing gear marks or not marked wrong Assembly, valve timing is incorrect;
(8) the valve spring broken;
(9) the sunken depth valve (valve big end plane below surface of cylinder size) variance.

7, why would valve breakage?
After the end of valve, head will fall into the cylinders causing the valve cylinder head and Pistons top-black, if not stop connecting rods, crankshaft deformation and caused serious damage.
Valve motion for more, other than issues of material and heat treatment of the valve itself, there are the following reasons:
(1) valve clearance not;
(2) the timing gear marks or not marked wrong Assembly, valve timing is incorrect;
(3) discharge temperature is too high;
(4) the valve spring broken;
(5) gas gutter do not fit well or less put an;
(6) the camshaft gear pressure plate bolt, causing the camshaft gear Hunt, valve timing offset;
(7) Deutz diesel engine speed is too high "speed", increases the impact load of valve, valve caused by broken;
(8) the valve gutter disassembly confusing, does not fit with each other, causing valve off.

8, cylinder head cracks why?
After cylinder head cracks, water will enter the cylinder, engine work, from exhaust pipe out. Have a cylinder head crack of main factor is generally caused due to both hot and cold. Reason:
(1) fuel delivery time wrong, bad nozzle atomization, combustion deterioration;
(2) cooling water does not freeze in winter cracks;
(3) water tank or water after water from the engine heat, and all of a sudden cold water stress cracking;
(4) each cylinder of high pressure oil pump oil quantity is uneven, some cylinders of fuel delivery is too large, and also have a cracked cylinder head.
(5) the cylinder bottom hole deviation when the casting of surface watercourses, watercourses Kong Qing NET, overly narrow watercourse, or corner of sand is not too small, due to poor cooling water circulation;
(6) by matching product modifications are not reasonable, resulting in high temperature can have a cracked cylinder head.

9, why the end of cylinder liner?
(1) inherent quality of cylinder liner does not comply with the technical requirements, such as the low hardness, high sulphur;
(2) cylinder head bolt tightening torque does not meet requirements of or below the cylinder block when the cylinder end Assembly rabbet plane, so when the piston up and down the cylinder are floating, cylinder liner broken;
(3) when installing the cylinder, the cylinder body with carbon, iron and other debris;
(4) the cylinder hole using a long time deformation, different;
(5) install cylinder cylinder screw holes around the edge crack, so that the engine at high temperature due to thermal expansion is not in the cylinder head is extrusion and rupture;
(6) when assembling liner paint will make the cylinder rupture;
(7) on the shoulder of cylinder liner on a plane above the body flat is too big;
(8) the shoulder of cylinder liner of notch should be rounded, when processing without rounded corners or rounded corners are too small, easily from desktop for cylinder sleeve and shoulder the stress concentration induced by rupture;
(9) use inferior cylinder-bed, will cause a cylinder fracture;
(10) the cylinder sets of levels of processing without the body, are not chamfered.

10, Deutz diesel engine why do black smoke?
After long, Deutz diesel engine smoke behavior can occur, affecting the work environment, air pollution, and the skill has decreased markedly. Its main causes are:
(1) the engine work for a long time;
(2) to injector insufficient or poorly atomized produce incomplete combustion;
(3) fuel supply point late, exhaust pipe of combustion;
(4) high pressure oil pump for oil amount too big or the cylinder oil evenly;
(5) air filter and intake inlet obstruction does not clear;
(6) heavy diesel oil or diesel oil quality is poor;
(7) leakage of valve key wind is not strict;
(8) on the camshaft cam worn too large;
(9) the fuel pump failure in advance;
(10) the exhaust manifolds or mufflers plug is not clear, at the same time with the exception of the engine noise.

Why take Blue 11, Deutz diesel engine smoke?
Take the blue smoke is primarily caused by burning oil. Reasons:
